FFXIII-2 Interlude - A Shred Of Light

Definitely, History class truly inspires me. My best sketches are done while I'm in this lesson. [?] |D

Anyways, that's one of my best drawings, in my opinion! I'm gonna rename my works that take place in the period of time between the ending of Final Fantasy XIII-2 and the beginning of Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII as "the Interlude", so that's why this has that name.

So, this is a scene of one of the One-Shots I'm working on. Well, both One-Shots that I'm writing now are related and they're connected with my Two-Shot called The City Of Light.

This One-Shot, provisionally called A Shred Of Light, tells the story of Hope and Noel after their arrival to Novus Partus and their journey in order to know what happened to the world. The story will be summarized by Hope in the other One-Shot, The Thirteen Days, the direct sequel of The City Of Light. Oh, well, A Shred Of Light will have a sequel, too. It's too long to do it just in a One-Shot. |D

I don't want to give you spoilers, but what Hope and Noel have found is a white feather and a rose wrapped by a... how do you call this flower in English? Dandelion? That one that you blow for making a wish. You'll understand the meaning of this in the One-Shot. But you can try to figure it out! <3

Done by pencil, pencil colors and an outliner black pen, and some effects added by Photoshop. The sketch helped me with the anatomy, it's better than in my other drawings. That doesn't mean so much coming from me, the worst anatomist ever, but well... |D

I suck at drawing Noel. He's basically Sora with straight hair, but who cares, it drives me mad not being able to portrait him properly. I'm slowly improving at Hope and Lightning, that's good because I'll do more work of them. But I want to improve at Noel just in case I draw something Noel/Serah-based. >/
